THEN, COME AND ENJOY ACTIVITIES PLANNED JUST FOR YOU. AS A BONUS, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DISCUSS THE NAGGING QUESTIONS ABOUT FAITH, THE CHURCH, AND LIFE.
Opportunities for faith development:
Friday Night Live in the Lizard House for 6th-8th graders gives junior high kids a place to gather, share questions, and form friendships while having fun.
The Pancake Club on Sunday nights gathers the 9th-12th graders for meaningful fellowship. This gives teenagers a time to reflect on the past week and the challenges of the week coming.
Confirmation, which requires a two year commitment, is a look a what it means to be a Christian in today’s world, what is expected of church membership, how to use one’s talents to make the world a better place. Teenagers symbolically say good bye to their parents, establish a relationship with an adult mentor, and search to find their particular place at home, school, and in the wider community.
