Opportunities for our children:

The Nurture Center, staffed by Melody Encarnacion and Lara Yoder, is designed for infants and toddlers. Special care is given to providing a safe, yet stimulating environment for our youngest members to experience God’s love. We invite all young parents to visit the center.

Children’s Ministry is offered during both the 8:30 and ll:00 services. Our goal is to engage children in the stories of the Christian faith and also to help them learn how to live out their faith in the world.

At 8:30, Educator Lara Yoder offers a program for Pre-Kindergarteners through 2nd graders.

During the 9:45 Adult Forum time, we offer Children’s Choir.

At ll:00, adult volunteers lead the Pre-K/Kindergarten program and the 1-2 grade class; Lara Yoder leads the 3-4 graders; and Brandon Johnson the 5-6 graders.

During the summer, the outdoor Creation Awareness Center provides children an educational opportunity to experience God in the beauty of this land.

Special Children’s Programs are also held throughout the year, such as the Christmas Pageant, Easter Carnival, Christmas with St. Nicholas, and various drama presentations.

Each month we offer “Game Nights” for children (1-3 graders on the first Saturday of the month). And for their parents, there’s “Sleepless in Santa Fe,” offered at the same time.
